Stephenie Young Maurer
3 Firebirds was created by Stephenie Maurer, a strategist and builder with over two decades of experience guiding world-class institutions through transformation. Her career includes senior executive roles at the Aspen Institute, George Washington University, and Children’s National Medical Center, where she shaped strategy, strengthened advancement, forged major partnerships, and helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars to advance critical missions.
Known for translating big ideas into scalable systems, galvanizing teams, and helping organizations rise through moments of complexity, Stephenie built 3 Firebirds to embody that work. Today, 3 Firebirds is a firm committed to guiding missions through transformation with insight, partnership, and the fire that fuels lasting change.
